Pearl is currently a Director of Planning & Business Development at Esperanza Health Center. Prior to that she served as Business Advisor with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small businesses program at CCP. She is also the former Manager of the Incubator program at the Temple Small Business Development Center and the Power Up Your Business program at the Community College of Philadelphia. She is a Frankford resident.

David is a the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Accelerator Fund, a Loan Fund financing housing to developers in need of capital in Philadelphia. Prior to that, he was a senior underwriter at at New Jersey Community Capital, a CDFI based in New Brunswick, and he had been an underwriter at the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) for nearly a decade. He lives in Philadelphia and serves on the board of Young Friends of Cristo Rey High School.

Sergio is an active real estate broker in partnership with his brother focused on serving the Latino community in Philadelphia. He is also an active developer and manager of small rental properties including properties in ILF’s target area. He formerly owned a business at Fairhill and Somerset and is very familiar with Impact’s target geography.

Jack is a licensed attorney. He devotes much of his practice to the ordinary course of business needs such as contracts and employment law issues. Jack is also frequently involved with buying and selling business assets, raising money from investors and lenders, and the sale, purchasing and development of real estate. As a business and real estate transactional lawyer, he provides legal advice and assistance to entrepreneurs and companies as they create and grow their business.

Casey is the President and CEO of Impact Services Corporation. Impact has been working in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia since 1974 to help people reenter the workforce, train for jobs, find housing, and build community. Over the last two decades they have also built a continuum of housing services in an effort to end Veteran homelessness. Casey formerly worked as the Director of Program Development for Carson alley Children’s Aid and a Research Project Coordinator at Yale University’s School of Medicine. Casey received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from La Salle University.

Kim Washington is the Executive Director of the Frankford CDC where she has worked since 2013. Frankford CDC works to enhance the quality of life in Frankford and has embarked on a number of redevelopment projects in Frankford. They have redeveloped their office and two adjacent buildings which included two properties financed by Impact Loan Fund. Kim is a member of the Board of Directors of PACDC. She has a bachelors in Real Estate and Finance from Temple University and a JD from Temple University Beasley Law School.

Jenise is a Vice President at TD Bank and provides business lending in the region to middle market customers. She has been in banking for 19 years. She has been a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and the Urban League of Philadelphia. In addition, she runs a career and financial consulting services to individuals, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations. She has a BA in Business Management from Strayer University

David Ortiz is a Business Development Officer for True Access Capital and promotes lending programs and facilitates pre and post loan technical assistance for potential and existing borrowers. His efforts target underserved neighborhoods in Wilmington, Delaware and Philadelphia with an emphasis on communities that include businesses and people of color. Prior to joining TAC, Mr. Ortiz worked at the Phila Planning Commission, Norris Square Civic Assn, Nueva Esperanza. Mr. Ortiz has volunteered for home and school associations, community boards and coached youth athletics. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University
