Paul Marcus is the Director of Impact Loan Fund and has been in that role since 2017. He has nearly 30 years experience in community development finance and lending. He is a native Philadelphian and is committed to bringing capital to low-income communities.

Art Gimenez(opens in new tab)

Art Gimenez is the Director of Lending and Programs at Impact Loan Fund. He has over 10 years of experience in the community development lending industry, having worked as a lender at The Enterprise Center and PIDC and Reinvestment Fund. Before working in the CDFI industry, Art was a management consultant at Accenture's Finance and Performance Management practice for several years. Art earned his MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2013. Art also serves as a board member of Maternity Care Coalition, Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival and SEAMAAC, and is the co-chair of the School Advisory Council at the E.M. Stanton School in South Philadelphia.

Danielle Reasoner(opens in new tab)

Danielle Reasoner has been the Finance Director for Impact Loan Fund since 2023. She is a CPA-certified professional with a Master's Degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Temple University. She has been working with small businesses and their accounting needs for more than 13 years. She supports the operational work and manages the back office and audit process. She enjoys taking long walks around the city and sailing.

Amaury Abreu(opens in new tab)

Amaury Abreu is a multifaceted leader and a junior loan officer at Impact Loan Fund with a proven track record in business growth, web development, and community building. He scaled a marketing agency and real estate firm to six figures, achieving two exits, and increased agency revenue by $100K through strategic acquisitions. An MBA graduate of Interise, Amaury has developed 50+ websites, led 100+ events, and served as a board chair and advisor to 7-figure nonprofits. A published author and climate advocate, he combines strategic vision with a passion for impact-driven solutions.

Elizabeth Munoz-Ortiz(opens in new tab)

Elizabeth Muñoz-Ortiz is the Programs Manager at Impact Loan Fund. She is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in project management, client relations, and business development. She has led initiatives supporting small and local businesses by managing client engagement, certification operations, and strategic partnerships to increase access to capital and resources. With a diverse background spanning nonprofit leadership, real estate, and the certification of socially and economically disadvantaged businesses, Elizabeth has successfully launched programs, streamlined operations, and strengthened organizational effectiveness. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and has been recognized with multiple awards, including Employee of the Year and Top Producer of the Year. Elizabeth leverages her expertise, strategic insight, and commitment to driving meaningful impact and improving the quality of life in communities at large.
